Commonly used explosion-proof motor models for coal mine explosion-proof motors

At present, there are three types of explosion-proof motors: YB3 explosion-proof motor, Yb3 explosion-proof motor and Yb3 explosion-proof motor. Among them, the shell of Yb3 explosion-proof motor for coal mine is made of steel and applied to underground (under the mining face) operation, while the other two types are made of cast iron shell and applied to above-ground (on the mining face) operation. The working conditions of underground operation are complicated and the environment is harsh, and the load varies with the geological conditions, so there are many restrictions on the working range and there are dangers such as collision.  The explosion-proof performance of YBK3 series motors meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gases-Part 1: General Requirements" and GB3836.2－2000 "Electrical Equipment for Explosive Gases-Part 2: Flameproof Type" D ",and is made into explosion-proof EXD ⅰ. It is suitable for underground mining faces in coal mines.
